America's shrine to the sport of wrestling, the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum, is a focal point for preserving the heritage of the sport, celebrating new achievements, and encouraging the youth of our land to aspire to lofty goals. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and weekends by appointment, the NWHOF&M offers a glimpse of Wrestling in America and beyond.
The Museums most recent exhibit will focus on the link between Native Americans and wrestling. If you know of a Native American wrestler who has achieved the status of All-American or NCAA Champion in Division I, II, and III; or Olympic or World team member please fill out the Native American Form. Upon joining the University of Pittsburgh, Ed Peery knew he had big shoes to fill. His father/coach, Rex Peery, and older brother, Hugh Peery, were three-time NCAA champions.
